Dr. Freddy Lopez
As a transplant surgeon, I have performed organ procurement surgeries for transplantation in both public and private hospitals.
Since joining Sharp Hospital in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico, we have performed six living-donor kidney transplants with excellent results and a 100% survival rate to date. I have also performed numerous living-donor kidney transplants at the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) hospital in Sinaloa, and over 50 transplants at the ISSSTE's “Primero de Octubre” Hospital in Mexico City during my two-year transplant residency there.
